Counselling

Ocean Health - Counselling Service

Everyone has times in their life when they need a little extra support.

If you are struggling to overcome a problem at the moment, counselling can provide a non-judgemental and confidential environment where you can explore the issues which you are struggling with.

Examples of the type of issues which bring people to counselling :

  • anxiety
  • stress
  • loss of job/health/relationship/pet/etc
  • trauma
  • bereavement
  • adjustment
  • relationship issues
  • etc.

Here at Ocean Health, we can offer :

  • one-to-one counselling
  • If you would like to give it a try, please contact us and we can arrange an introductory session
  • After this you can choose whether or not to have further sessions (up to 6 in total).

You will get the chance to explore your thoughts and feelings through face to face sessions in a welcoming, confidential, non-judgemental environment.   The focus is on improving your current situation.

If you feel you would like a little extra support please contact us to arrange an introductory appointment.
