Investing in physiotherapy ensures people return back to work quicker fully functioning. It is a treatment for   musculoskeletal disorders, such as back and joint problems or work related injuries, which includes manual therapy, manipulation and electro-therapy.

Flexible nightwork medicals

Medical capability and ill-health retirement

Directors health checks

Case management and  fast track healthcare advice

We encourage early treatment to minimise the length of ill health.

  • For example getting someone costing £15,000 per year with a musculoskeletal problem back to work two weeks earlier will save £576 but cost £210  with a   net  saving of £366.
  • Another example is  purchasing a  test, which has a long  waiting list such  as an MRI  scan, will  expedite diagnosis and treatment and  hence  subsequent  return  to  work.

You can select from the programme according to your organisation’s needs. We can work with individuals and groups of employees offering as many and varied treatments or therapies as appropriate.
